Boost your Jaguar/Land Rover 5.0L Supercharged with total peace of mind.

The Jaguar/Land Rover 5.0L Supercharged AJV8 is a robust engine. Velocity's industry insiders have informed us that JLR ran this engine between at much higher HP during development testing. There is a huge amount of capacity left in the engine to produce additional power, which JLR is leaving on the table for future models
, such as the F-Type R, Project 7 and SVR.
Velocity offers our own in-house ECU tune. Owners should expect to see dramatic results - our 5.0L SC Tuning produces in excess of 60BHP when coupled with our Supercharger Pulley Upgrade.

Pulley installation and ECU reprogramming are very simple operations and full support is provided. ECU Reprogramming is completed with a user-friendly touch-screen OBDII programming system. You simply read the car, email us the file, and your custom performance map or maps are emailed back to you.

Multiple maps can be stored by the programmer, select a Tune, Tune+Pulley and upgrade your software as you go.

Range Rover's Base V6 is somewhat lacking in power, so more HP is always good!!! Jaguar's V6S already offers more power than the base V6 from the factory, but is still substantially torque limited. We build upon the V6S tune to achieve gains of 30RWHP (36BHP at the crank) and substantial torque gains from 1750RPM onwards through the mid-range where you feel it the most.

For cars that are set up from the factory with the 340BHP software limited V6, the gains are even larger - +76BHP as well as a huge increase in low RPM torque where the base model is tapered off.

Above 6000RPM, the factory power curve actually drops off, meaning a 50WHP difference at 6500RPM, and even greater as you approach RPM redline.

VelocityAP's custom setup was developed and tested in a dyno setting but also extensively road tested to ensure not just big peak numbers but optimum drive-ability and seamless factory integration.

Range Rover's Turbo Diesel V6 is already a torque monster, but more Torque & HP is always good!!!

On our dyno session, we were unable to generate data on the baseline below 2800RPM due to the vehicle downshifting. This downshifting occurs when power demand is unable to be met in-gear and the vehicle commands a downshift. Just one look at the 'after' result shows that the incredible torque gains entirely prevented downshifting. One can extrapolate where the baseline run would parallel the Tuned run and see likely around 328WTQ figures, using the observed 20% drivetrain loss.
