How do I edit my account information?
Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you’ll see a link that says “Lost your password?”. That link will send an email to you with your password.
Velocity AP ships to most countries. During checkout we’ll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
Can I get overnight shipping?
At this time no, from where we are located normal shipping times are 3-4 days.
Payment
What are my payment options
We accept most major credit cards. During the checkout process you may choose any or our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
I have a question on my charges.
Click the “My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site and review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Click the “My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site and review your invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
Are prices in CAD or USD?
Our site should auto select your location based on IP address. If you would like to confirm which currency the site is displaying check the top right corner of our menu bar.
About ECU Tuning
How much power will my car make on a tune?
Well that really depends on the car, the tune and what you’re looking for. Best bet is to contact our technical department for a more involved answer. Alternatively we do offer dyno charts and expected numbers in the product descriptions for many of our tuning products.
Can I make my dome light brighter with a tune?
No, no you can’t.
Do I need to send you my ECU?
There are specific models that require the ECU to be removed and sent into us or can only be bench flashed by one of our tier 2 dealers. If your vehicle is one that requires this, it will be listed as such on the respective product pages. Please contact [email protected] for full instructions on what is required when sending in a physical ECU.
What’s a V-Tech or V-Flash?
These are the names we have given to our end user handheld tuning device. If your vehicle is supported by these platforms, you will receive one in the mail after purchasing one of our tuning products. Instructions are inside and will get you on your way to improving your ownership experience.

What is a “VAP”
Many of our clients have begun to refer to VelocityAP as “VAP”. It being a short form of the already short form of our full name. Velocity Automotive Performance.
Is VelocityAP located in USA?
No were from Canada eh. VelocityAP is located in Southern British Columbia minutes from the international border.
Can you tune my car?
Yes…unless we can’t. We offer tuning services to a huge selection of Domestic, European and Exotic vehicles. While we don’t have a full list of vehicles handy if you contact [email protected] we can help you with options for your specific vehicle.
Can I drive to your shop?
You sure can, and we would be happy to welcome you to our facility. We are located in Oliver, British Columbia about 2 hours from Kelowna, 5 hours from Vancouver or Seattle and 10 hours from Calgary. Oliver is smack dab in the middle of the Okanagan Wine Region and boasts many world class resorts, wineries and culinary experiences. It’s also home to Area27 Motorsports Park a world class road circuit hidden in the rolling hills of the Southern Okanagan Valley.
