Set of 4 VelocityAP lowering springs for Jaguar F-Type S Convertible, V6 and V6S Coupe, to reduce the ride height on your car by 7/8", or 22mm.

VelocityAP springs use exclusively high quality, high stress X5K Spring Steel. Although considerably more expensive than regular steel, this new generation steel allows us to further improve upon the original Jaguar F-Type spring design by reducing the amount of steel required in a spring. VelocityAP springs are therefore substantially lighter (by approximately 30%) and reduce the solid height therefore increasing travel. X5K Spring Steel is used in almost all top levels of Motorsport, giving a hugely successful endorsement of its characteristics & proven durability.

In addition to the superior materials, these springs also feature a unique manufacturing process that sets them aside from most OEM & Aftermarket applications - a Tapered Wire Progressive Rate design. The Ultimate in Design. The principle is simple: By using a tapered rather than constant diameter spring wire, our springs achieve a truly progressive spring rate over the length of their compression & travel. The spring rate increases when you need it (cornering) and decreases when you don't - yielding a smooth and supple ride over bumpy surfaces. The best of both worlds!

Jaguar's F-Type V6S is a powerful car, but more HP is always good!!! Jaguar's V6S already offers more power than the base V6 from the factory, but is still substantially torque limited. We build upon the V6S tune to achieve gains of 30RWHP (36BHP at the crank.) and substantial torque gains from 1750RPM onwards through the mid-range where you feel it the most.

Above 6000RPM, the factory power curve actually drops off, meaning a 50WHP difference at 6500RPM, and even greater as you approach RPM redline.

VelocityAP's custom setup was developed and tested in a dyno setting but also extensively road tested to ensure not just big peak numbers but optimum drive-ability and seamless factory integration.

Jaguar's F-Type V6 base is a powerful car, it is a software limited version of the same power unit that puts out 380BHP in V6S factory configuration. The base V6 is substantially torque limited. We build upon the V6S tune to achieve gains of 76BHP (30WHP/36BHP at the crank over and above the 380BHP V6S Spec) and substantial torque gains from 1750RPM onwards through the mid-range where you feel it the most.

Above 6000RPM, the factory power curve actually drops off, meaning a 100BHP difference at 6500RPM, and even greater as you approach RPM redline.

VelocityAP's custom setup was developed and tested in a dyno setting but also extensively road tested to ensure not just big peak numbers but optimum drive-ability and seamless factory integration.

The ultimate bolt-on power upgrades for Jaguar's F-Type V6 and V6S. The V6 Supercharged Jaguar/Land Rover Engine is already fitted with a smaller supercharger pulley so the only significant way to increase boost is to opt for a larger crank pulley. This dramatic increase in boost requires some careful work and in-depth knowledge in order to correctly integrate the software and allow full power to be generated.

Both Dyno and road tested with extensive data-logging, our ECU Tuning for the 11.8% larger pulley was developed and proven on 93 Octane Pump fuel and within a very safe margin at 11.5:1 AFR. Delivered via our VelocityAP V-Tech touch screen ECU flashing tool.
