Expanding upon our market leading tuning options for the 5.0L Jaguar Land Rover AJ133 equipped vehicles, VelocityAP is now offering supercharger porting & rebuilding services.

When you receive a rebuilt supercharger core unit from us, you can expect a professionally refreshed and fully serviced assembly that is ready for installation and reliable operation. Complete rebuild includes new solid coupler, sealing, oil & bearings.

Each core unit undergoes a thorough teardown, inspection, cleaning, and reconditioning process.

Important notes about core units:

• Please understand that all rebuilt units begin as previously used OEM cores.
• The exterior housing may show cosmetic signs of prior use such as scuffs, discoloration, or surface wear
• The rotors are inspected but they are not recoated
• Cosmetic appearance may vary slightly from unit to unit

These characteristics are normal for rebuilt OEM based superchargers and do not impact performance or reliability when the unit is installed and operated correctly. If you do not agree to these terms, please send your unit in for service instead of requesting a core unit.

Our goal is to provide a mechanically refreshed supercharger that meets functional expectations while maintaining OEM integrity. If you have any specific cosmetic requirements or technical questions before ordering, we are happy to discuss them with you to ensure the rebuild aligns with your project goals.

Supplied with No Upper Pulley installed (see step 5 below for more options).

Step 1: Under JLR Rebuild, select the required quantity (this is required)

Step 2: If you would like to include a refundable core*, select the desired quantity. This amount will be refunded once your original unit is returned and passes inspection.

(*core must be returned within 60 days upon delivery of rebuilt/ported unit)

Step 3: Select the quantity if you would like to add the optional porting service.

Step 4: (ONLY SELECT THIS OPTION IF YOU ALREADY HAVE OUR GRIPTEC UPPER PULLEY TO INSTALL) If you already have our upper Griptec supercharger pulley and would like a new center hub pre-installed, select the quantity needed based on your previous selections. (your existing hub or pulley is removed during rebuild and cannot be re-used, we do not install the upper pulley as part of this process.)

Step 5: If you do not currently have our upper supercharger pulley, you may add it by selecting the option under Supercharger Upper Pulley, however please note if you also select to have the new center hub pre-installed, we do not discount the price of the upper pulley and you will end up with an extra center hub.

PORT & REBUILD TURN AROUND TIME WILL VARY BASED ON CURRENT WORKLOAD, HANDLED ON A FIRST IN, FIRST OUT BASIS. ESTIMATED UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTNACES TO BE 4-6 WEEKS
