High Performance Billet Camshaft set AJ133 5.0 Supercharged Jaguar Land Rover

Another world first for the AJ133 Supercharged platform – high performance camshafts.  As we have continued to push the envelope on this drivetrain, getting air in & out of the engine gets tougher & tougher.  While the stock cams allow enough airflow for a stock vehicle, once north of 700BHP this starts to become a big bottleneck.  We worked with our supplier to select ramp angles, lift & duration that would still idle smoothly and allow no compromises in drivability, work safely with the OEM valve springs, but which massively increased exhaust flow under high load & boost.

Our peak gains were substantial, but looking at the dyno graphs you will see that the ‘under the curve’ area is also impressive, with gains throughout the RPM band, carrying torque gains through the mid range and top end where the stock cams drop off.

Please note: Performance results were achieved in combination with our 2300 upgrade kit.
