Interview Questions & Answers
🔹 INTRODUCING EMON
VAP: Tell us a bit about yourself — where did your passion for cars begin?
Emon: My passion for cars came from a very young age, probably around 2 years old. Just the emotions you get from the unique sound, designs/looks, and driving experience is where this passion comes from.
VAP: What’s the story behind the name “The Persian Stig”?
Emon: Persian Stig came from me racing go-karts, and my outfit in racing always being white. My favorite color was blue so I had a white Arai helmet with a blue visor. Then when I actually started winning races and championships in go-karts because I was the only persian too they called me the persian stig for the first time and it just stuck.
VAP: What kind of cars have you owned or driven before the V12 Vantage? Any favorites?
Emon: I did have a pretty heavily modified Camaro ZL1 1LE which was such a fun car, but my heart and eyes were always set at owning an exotic.
VAP: Do you remember the moment you realized you were a “car guy”? Was there a particular car, experience, or memory that sealed it?
Emon: Not really because it started at such a young age I always been so interested in them and racing them.
🔹 THE SEARCH
VAP: Emon, what made you start looking for a V12 Vantage in the first place?
Emon: It was mainly the price point, My thought was ”how can I get myslef into an exotic now at this point I am in”.
VAP: How long did it take you to find “the one”? What was your must-have list when searching?
Emon: Yes, it took probably 2 months to find the one I have right now, these cars for people who dont know are pretty rare to find a nice spec. Sometimes I feel like I got lucky with mine.
VAP: Do you remember the first time you heard one in person? What impact did it have on you?
Emon: I remember I was a porter at EuroCar in 2018 and It was a white V12 Vantage S with a carbon pack and I thought ”wow thats a really good looking car”.
🔹 THE V12 EXPERIENCE
VAP: What’s it like driving a naturally aspirated V12 every day?
Emon: I try to drive it everyday but realistically I drive most of the time to work a 2009 honda accord with 220k miles.
VAP: In a world of turbocharged everything, what sets the V12 Vantage S apart?
Emon: Just the aspect of shoving a big V12 into a little car is what I think sets it apart.
VAP: What does the sound mean to you? People describe it as addictive — is it?
Emon: Its addictive, emotional, and just flat out fun.
VAP: How do people react when you drive by or pull into a meet with this car?
Emon: Every single time I hear ”oh shoot thats a V12 Vantage” and makes it even better when they hear the velocity setup.
🔹 MODIFICATION & PERFORMANCE (with Velocity AP products)
VAP: You’ve upgraded your Vantage with Velocity AP’s Valvetronic Exhaust and full V12 power pack — what difference did they make?
Emon: Its not only a difference it transformed the car. Every aspect about the car is up to 11.
VAP: How does the car feel now compared to stock?
Emon: It still feels similar cruising but when you stand on it, its not even comparable.
VAP: What’s your favorite mod so far, and why?
Emon: The exhaust and I think we all know why.
VAP: Is there a moment — a specific pull, a canyon run, a cold start — where the car just feels like a different animal now?
Emon: In any canyon drive, tunnel run, or even downshifting with the pops and bangs associated with the tune makes the car feel like a different animal.
VAP: Can you add links to your custom build’s modifications so far, and what you plan on doing in future?
Emon: Here are my links to my YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok:
🔹 THE VALUE
VAP: A lot of people don’t realize how affordable these cars are becoming for what you get. What would you say to someone who’s considering one, but on the fence?
Emon: I would say no matter what these cars can get expensive to keep them. Just make sure you have a cushion for anything that might come up.
VAP: Do you think this car will become a modern classic or collector’s item? Why?
Emon: Yes because they made 1400 world wide and everything in the market shows with the right spec it will be worth more in the future.
VAP: From your experience, do you feel like there’s a limited time window to get in before prices go up?
Emon: Not necessarily but when people start realizing what you can do and start seeing more of my videos I think that would make a difference.
🔹 THE EMOTIONAL EDGE
VAP: There’s something emotional about this engine layout and character. Would you say it’s a car that connects with your soul?
Emon: Most definitely yes, the single clutch gives it a lot of character similar to a Aventador S I driven.
VAP: Do you think we’ll ever see a car like this again — manual, naturally aspirated, high-revving, beautiful?
Emon: Mine is the automatic version so its not like the manual but I would say it gives you a similar driving experiance, and no I dont think we will ever see something like that again.
VAP: What advice would you give to a younger car enthusiast who dreams of owning something like this one day?
Emon: Just keep pushing and eventually everything will align to where you can find yourself in a position to own one.
🔹 THE MISSION
VAP: You’ve been gaining serious traction on social media. What role do you think your car plays in inspiring others?
Emon: I think it plays a huge role, when I had my C63 I was loosing followers and my content wasn’t really the same. Once I got the Aston everything flipped and in one month I gained almost 4k followers.
VAP: How has the Velocity AP community and product support impacted your ownership experience?
Emon: Tremendously, without Velocity Ap’s support I wouldn’t even been considering this car!
VAP: What’s next for you and the V12? Any future plans for shows, builds, or content?
Emon: Now that I got the car to a place on how I envisioned things, my plan is to continuously drive the car and start collaborating with people I aspire to be one day while showcasing the insane exhaust note my car has now. I still am going to put on some velocity ap goodies in the near future while documenting my ownership experience.
