Achieve a conventional dual pulley ratio with only our larger crank pulley. Many aggressive dual pulley setups have to go so small on the upper pulley that they run into belt slip issues. Our 209mm crank pulley achieves the desired pressure ratio without any worries about trashing belts. It also drops 6lbs of rotating mass for improved throttle response.
MAKES 500BHP WITH APPROPRIATE TUNING. DSG TUNING MAY BE REQUIRED ON CERTAIN MODELS.
AS WITH ALL 190MM+ CRANK PULLEY APPLICATIONS FOR THE 3.0TFSI, INSTALL REQUIRES SHAVING EAR ON ENGINE BLOCK TO CLEARANCE.

this is not a direct bolt on 209mm does not have enough clearance on the block. you need to shave block ear due to pulley hitting.

Hi Joe,
Any 190mm+ aftermarket pulley options for the 3.0TFSI engine requires shaving the block ear to install. We thought this was common knowledge but we’ve updated our description to reflect this.

Fit well, just have to shave off the block a little to fit. every pulley from 190+ still have to do this anyways. Don’t understand why some people are clueless leaving negative feedback for it. no common sense lol. 209mm is really powerful and quick af. 100% recommended
