I got the Stage I ECU tune for my 2013 XF 3.0 AWD. I’m not convinced that it adds 75 hp, but the car definately runs better, especially above 4500 rpm. Using a handheld stopwatch, I measured 6.0 sec 0-60 before the tune, 5.5 sec after. Since that’s just 1st gear and part of 2nd, at higher speeds the performance increase is likely greater. Additionally, the MPG seems to have gone up about 2 MPG as well, with highway mileage above 30 MPG! We’ll take it on some long trips this month and get a better feel for it, but so far, so good.

Going to Stage 3 with the tune and double pully has transformed my 2017 XE AWD into a sleeper that’s able to surprise anyone who wants to flex 🙂 Stage 2 provided a peak over 4K RPM that was fun but Stage 3 gives it a wide powerband and even the sound is completely different from Stage 1 or 2. The freeway power and top speed are simply unreal vs. stock. Getting the supercharger pully off required a hydraulic puller but other than that the upgrades have worked great and I have had no reliability issues with the increased power. Stage 3 will kill your mileage so if that’s important stick to Stage 1 or 2 (23 MPG now). I’m waiting on my Transmission tune to come in the mail and expect even more from the car once completed. Just do the upgrades so you don’t miss a day of fun in your Jag.

2017 Jaguar F-Pace R-Sport with the V6S came with 340HP instead of the factory tuned 380HP in the S model. I ordered this tune was asked if I needed anything custom (just asked for auto start/stop to be disabled permanently). The installation with the handheld tuner was easy enough and it felt much snappier and smoother accelerating from stop or midrange. I put 30K additional miles on after the tune and no negatives (MPG was the same, no engine codes etc). With or without the lower pulley option this is a great upgrade, and was looking forward to the lower pulley install and an updated tune for more smiles.

Stage 1 tune for my base 340 hp F-Type really un-nerfed this car. My butt dyno experience matches the dyno chart – no significant difference under 4k RPM (so no real change in day-to-day driving – which is good) but huge difference afterwards. Previously, the car ran out of gas in the higher RPMs but it now continues pulling all the way to redline. Can imagine how broad and significant the stage 2 and 3 tunes would be

20k miles now on stage III (1500 of those were stage IV, so e85, but lack of enough stations made me go back to stage III – same rating applies to stage IV as this). No issues. Just smooth power. No problems or issues to date at all. I had them tone down the pops as much as possible (to save the cats too). Just love this and given the v6 is shorter geared, on e85 it may be faster than a stock 575 v8. I use mechanical sympathy, so I don’t launch it with this much power, but boy can it go.
