How do I return an item or cancel an order?
Returns are generally accepted and refunds issued on most items purchased at regular price, provided they are returned uninstalled/unused and in good condition with no damage. Please note this is at the sole discretion of Velocity AP. Where refunds are issued, return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. If you have a question regarding the policy on a particular item please contact us for further information.
Returns on electronic products are generally not accepted but may be considered at the sole discretion of Velocity Automotive Performance.
Cancellations are accepted and full refunds issued on all non-sale items, provided that they have not yet shipped. Time from order placement to shipment may vary depending upon stock levels or whether a bespoke product has been ordered.
Sale items are final and not eligible for return or cancellation.
